Our Country’s Good is set in the first Australian penal colony where a group of convicts mount a play for their guards. The play rehearsals incite the convicts’ struggle to reclaim their dignity in light of a homeland that has abandoned them. Our Country’s Good is a captivating exploration of the purpose of art and the resilience of the human spirit.
Featuring members of the Brown/Trinity Rep M.F.A. Acting class of 2017.

Join Girls Rock! Rhode Island for the Spring 2017 Ladies Rock Camp Final Showcase!
Camp is only 3 days. The showcase is only an hour. Every song is a debut. Every band is brave.
Most songs will only be performed once. Don’t be late!
Over 3 days, campers ages 18+ learned an instrument (drums, guitar, bass, vocals or keyboards), formed a band, and will debut an original song at this Final Showcase.
Ladies Rock Campers’ tuition supports scholarships for our Girls Rock Campers, and by attending the showcase, YOU can too! Admission is $5-20 sliding scale (pay what you can, based on your means). All ages!
Earplugs will be available.
