Last week, Indowncity and a few friends were invited to participate in a Bao workshop at Tom’s Bao Bao! We were taught about the various stages of developing a brand new bao – and got to try plenty of unique, delicious, and super satisfying samples of up and coming specials. (Keep your eyes peeled for the steak and cheese, sausage and pepper, and a couple of special dessert bao!)

In addition, bao making classes can be scheduled between 6pm and 8pm through bao-master Mike Colabella (email@example.com). For $35 a head, you will get two adult beverages, and, of course, learn how to make a perfect pouch of steamed bun to savor. Due to limited capacity, you must email ahead of time. 8-16 spots available each Thursday evening.
