Say bonjour to the Spring Menu at Ellie’s Bakery! Whimsical treats perfect for Easter, Passover, or any warm weather celebration!
Chefs at Ellie’s Bakery have been working diligently over the past month to create a menu blooming with bright, light flavors reminiscent of fun and fancy-free springtimes and new beginnings.
The Spring selections were inspired by treats found on brunch tables and in Easter baskets every April—from splatter-painted jellybean macarons, to carrot sweet bread with vanilla bean cream cheese, to classic hot cross buns with candied lemon and orange peel, golden raisins, and a lemon simple syrup glaze!
There is also a selection of decadent flourless treats for Passover, including flourless chocolate torte and chocolate-dipped coconut macaroons (not to be confused with Ellie’s specialty, macarons).
