Little Bitte specializes in cocktail recipes featuring small batch & artisanal liqueurs, house bitters, fresh-squeezed juices & edible blossoms. They will be mixing us some very pleasing cocktails at #tacofestpvd17! One drink offered will be their signature Spicy Rita, the recipe of which is revealed here so you can take a shot at it at home.
Little Bitte’s Spicy Rita
2 oz Espolon Tequila
.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
.5 oz Giffard Triple sec
.25 oz Ancho Reyes Ancho Chile Liqueur
Smoked paprika sea salt for the glass rim
Lime wheel garnish
Glass Preparations :: Coat the lip of your glass in lime juice, roll in salt and set aside.
In a bar tin, add tequila, fresh lime, triple sec, and chile liqueur. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds and pour over fresh ice into a glass with a salted rim. Garnish with a lime wheel. Sip and repeat!
