Future Mondays at Aurora: 5.15.17

Each and every Monday, a dazzling array of artists and musicians will grace the Aurora stage to enact a performance which will benefit an organization selected as the chosen beneficiary of the month.

MAY WILL BENEFIT: The Institute For the Study and Practice of Nonviolence

The Institute for the Study and Practice of Nonviolence’s (ISPN) mission is to teach, by word and example, the principles and practices of nonviolence, and to foster a community that addresses potentially violent situations with nonviolent solutions. We work to build Dr. King’s ideal of the nonviolent Beloved Community.

ALL FUTURE MONDAY SHOWS ARE FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.

So how does it work???
Aurora provides a stipend to the performing artists, and a percentage of bar proceeds are donated to the benefit organization. Also available is a donation box for folks who want to be superstars and give more to the cause.

What’s better than having fun and raising money? Adding drag queens of course! Future Mondays at Aurora is proud to present: Spectrum, an alternative queer party and drag show. Come drink, dance, and enjoy drag performances by some of your favorite local queens! Drag performances will start later in the evening, and be on the hour every hour until Midnight.
