St. Bernardus Christmas Ale is the youngest descendant in the illustrious family of delicious Abbey Ales by Brewery St. Bernardus. This specialty beer of 10% abv is characterized by its deep dark colour, with a creamy, thick head and a full, almost velvety taste with a fruity nose. It’s a seasonal ale, brewed annually for the holiday season. The long winter nights are perfect moments to savour this ale with or without friends and to enjoy its unique, complex taste and after-taste.

The Dutch word for ostrich, De Struise Brewery takes its name from the previous activity of the founders, namely ostrich farming.

Their Tsjeeses (pronounced ‘cheese’) Christmas Ale 2015 is a golden-coloured Belgian Strong Ale with an inviting aroma consisting of barley malt, hops, yeast, spices, and cane sugar. The bouquet is fruity, full of dried fruit, honey, caramel, plums and raisins, with a palate that is very similar; sweet and lightly bitter. With a clearly defined alcohol note to warm the palate, the creamy texture, and sweet, dry, spicy, fruity finish is sure to please.

Père Noël is a Christmas ale, though very different from any other Christmas ales you might know. While most Christmas ales are rich & sweet, this one is amber-coloured, 7% vol. Alc. strong and tastes quite bitter. The complex taste is completed with the addition of liquorice. In the recipe we can also find pale malt, Munich malt, Caramel malt, Brewers Gold hops and Hallertau hops.

This batch of Rondy Brew features a saison brewed with hibiscus, fermented with brett and dry hopped with New Zealand Motueka hops.

Ever got the idea that Santa likes to give out presents during Christmas? Wrong! Mr. Saint Nicolaus likes to sit in his leather chair and drink a Shameless Santa. A Belgian strong Red Ale, playing and using all the cheap tricks of the trade. Caramel malts, sugars, highly attenuated yeast profile, fruity novel hops as Mandarina Bavaria and Calypso. This is one greasy balanced beer that suits any situation involving Christmas, New Years Eve and any other event that involves roasted marshmallows.
