This week on the blog we had another installment in our Ultimate Back to School Guide, this time the Eating Out Edition. In a town this delicious, you need to know what our neighborhood has to offer. We even included insider tips for each place to help you navigate.

This week marks the last film of the 2015 Movies on the Block season. Thanks so much for being such a great audience and so enthusiastic about this series. Our Creature Double Feature was so much fun, and the whole season a hit! See you all next year!

Our People of Downcity series continues with a person that everyone in the neighborhood will recognize, Cliff Wood of the Department of Providence Parks Conservancy. A driving force in our city, Cliff makes it happen and loves this city.

(Speaking of the parks, don’t miss Afrika Nyaga performing tomorrow in Burnside Park from 2 – 6pm.)

We saw Julius Caesar at Trinity Rep and it was a great production that we highly recommend you see. You can pick up tickets at their box office or from their website.

Our #POTD posts had some great picks from all over the neighborhood, with fall fashion definitely on our minds.

Looking for things to do this weekend? Tomorrow night is a full WaterFire, make a night of it with dinner first, and Bachata & Kizomba Fusion dancing at Aurora after. Sunday is a super moon, so get outside and cuddle up and get a good view.
