DURK’S BAR-B-Q
Durk’s Bar-B-Q on Aborn Street regularly cooks up a delightful variety of savory smoked meats, sandwiches, and appetizers, as well as tasty cocktails. They offer off-site catering with delivery and set-up service to Rhode Island and parts of southeastern Massachusetts. (Pick-up for catering is an option, as well.) Looking for cocktails and light bites with some flair? Check out the intimate, glitzy Clementine Cocktail Bar on Washington Street. (Psssst- you may have seen their many iterations of a cocktail with a smokey bubble on top all over Instagram.) GRACIE’S
Gracie’s, located on Washington Street, is quite well-known for serving as a beautiful venue for events of multiple sizes! (We adore their 5-7 course tasting menus, or just pulling up for a casual drink and cheese plate at the bar.) AMARYLLIS
Interested in farm-to-table, globally influenced food? Amaryllis on Westminster Street is one of our go-to spots in downtown Providence! This cozy, intimate space is great for small parties with 12-22 guests. Enjoy a family style menu at your private event, or order menu items to-go (the olive oil cake, seasonal sourdough, and housemade jams are especially popular). THE MALTED BARLEY
Fresh housemade pretzels and beer flights, anyone? We have so much fun trying all the combinations of pretzels (sandwiches, desserts, and more) and beer at The Malted Barley on Westminster Street! OBERLIN
Oberlin on Westminster Street (previously a block over, on Union Street) is known for their mouthwatering housemade pasta, bread, fresh vegetable dishes, and seafood (the crudo is amazing). The restaurant has a generous amount of space, with a bright dining room, multiple bars, a wood fired oven, and an outdoor patio space.
