The PVD Downcity Holiday Market
InDowncity is delighted to collaborate with the Providence Tourism Council to bring you the inaugural PVD Downcity Holiday Market. The market will be held at the newly renovated Grant’s Block Park, at the corner of Union and Westminster streets in downtown Providence.
Happening over the first two weekends of December on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, Grant's Block will transform into an enchanting outdoor holiday marketplace. Each day the market will showcase a rotating line-up of entertainment, activities, foods, beverages and market vendors.
Nearby downtown shops and restaurants will all be serving holiday cheer in the form of market day specials, curated gifts and holiday programming.

Roaming Holiday Characters
Ten31 Productions will be roaming the market in festive holiday costumes, greeting guests and posing for photos from 6:30 pm-8 pm.
Complimentary Face Painting
Toni from Wow! Faceart will be offering guests complimentary face painting from 5 pm-9 pm
FOOD + DRINK
Burgundian Waffles
Warm up and recharge with the delicious Liège-style waffles from Burgundian. They’ll be serving on Union Street from 5 pm-9 pm
Complimentary Beer Tasting
Eno Fine Wines will be hosting an in-store tasting with Narragansett Brewery from 4:30 pm-6:30pm. Stop by the shop at 225 Westminster while at the market
