JAN. 10: OPEN MIC WITH SYMPOSIUM BOOKS AT BOLT COFFEE
We love a local collaboration! So we were so excited to see that Symposium Books and Bolt Coffee are teaming up for a night of community and shared art. Head to Bolt Coffee at 61 Washington Street from 6-8 pm on Friday, Jan. 10 for Open Mic Night.
Here are the details: “Sign-ups will start at 5:30 pm at Bolt Coffee Co. Slots fill up fast! First come, first served! Each performer will have 10 minutes to show their favorite talent. Anything is welcome—music, spoken word, poetry, fiction, performance art—we are merely your stage! Bolt will host. Drinks will be available for purchase.”
JAN. 16: WINES OF EASTERN EUROPE WINE TASTING AT GRACIE’S
The combination of learning and sipping delicious wines has never been so tasty! Whether you’re a dedicated wine enthusiast or wanting to get into the vino game, we recommend signing up for Gracie’s latest installment of their Journey Through the Vines series. Each month, join Gracie’s Wine and Hospitality Leader, Justin Bothur, for a tasting at the restaurant. This month’s tasting focuses on wines of Eastern Europe and takes place from 5:30-7 pm on Thursday, Jan. 16. Tickets must be purchased in advance right here.
And get ready to sip your way through the continent: “From the ancient vineyards of Georgia and Moldova to the emerging stars of Hungary, Romania, and Croatia, Eastern Europe is a treasure trove of unique flavors and centuries-old winemaking traditions.”
